Tadapox (Cialis with Dapoxetine) contains generic substance Tadalafil citrate, which is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor used in men to treat erectile dysfunction, and Dapoxetine which is antidepressant that delays ejaculation. It does not treat the cause of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation - it just acts on the symptoms, therefore, if you stop taking the drug the symptoms will reverse. It is ideal in men that suffer from both conditions.

Tadapox  Dosage

Usage and dosing of the medication should be recommended by your physician. The dose for adult men is one tablet (20 mg) per day.

How To use Tadapox 

Tadapox  is used when needed. The best effects are ensured if it is used at least 1 hour before intercourse, with or without food. The duration of action is up to 36 hours. Never increase the dose on your own because increasing the dose will not improve the erectile performance and it will only evoke side effects. Never use more than one tablet a day.

Side effects of Tadapox

As every other drug, Tadapox  may have side effects. Those include: headache, facial flushing, maldigestion and stomach pain, color disturbances and visual impairment, chest pain, priapism (persistent and painful erection that lasts more than 4 hours).

Warnings & Precautions

Patients with hypotension, heart failure, coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular disturbances should take special care while taking this drug. Do not drink alcohol if you plan to take Tadapox. People who take drugs that contain nitrates or MAO inhibitors should not use Tadapox.
