Generic Nimotop (Nimodipine)

This is a calcium channel blocker belonging to the dihydropyridine class of medicines. It widens and relaxes blood vessels to improve the flow of blood. It is not an over the counter medicine.

 

Users of Nimotop are to observe the doctor’s prescription about its uses. It is a prohibition to either add or reduce amounts prescribed. It is to be taken on an empty stomach an hour or two before the taking of a meal. The capsule is to be taken wholly with a full glass of water.
